Refund policy

Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns of final sale items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
  • We will gladly exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • We do not accept exchanges of final sale items, intimates, or swimwear.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping; we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

How to make a return or exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant details.
  3. Please wait for a response from our team with further instructions on how to proceed.

If a package is delivered but the package cannot be found, please contact the delivery company to make an inquiry and file a claim. We will assist you with any information or documentation you require to file a claim with the delivery company.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with our policy.
